Eloise McIntosh, a long-time Cooperative Extension supporter and Advisory Council member, was recognized at the October 29th luncheon meeting of the Advisory Leadership Council  held at the First Baptist Church.  A Resolution was read by Jim Parlier, Advisory Council Chairman, naming Eloise an Honorary Life-time member of the Yancey County Advisory Leadership Council.
