Special Instructions Travel west on I-40 toward Asheville. Go past Morganton and take Highway 226 North near Marion. Travel north on Highway 226 to Spruce Pine. In Spruce Pine at intersection of Highway 226 and 19E, turn left traveling west on Highway 19E to Burnsville. In Burnsville, turn right on Hillside Drive just past Hardee's and go to Main Street and turn left. Go just a few yards and turn right off of Main Street onto Orchard Drive. The Yancey County Extension Center is located at 10 Orchard Drive. |
