Survey for Local Farmers and Consumers

— Written By Norma Chrisawn

The Yancey-Mitchell AG Center, to be known as TRACTOR (Toe River Aggregation Center Training Organization) is becoming a reality. Cooperative Extension needs to identify local farmers and food producers in the area who wish to participate in this project, as well as, local families and consumers who wish to participate by purchasing specific types of produce or other farm products for sale at a centralized market. If you are a farmer who wishes to participate by being a supplier for this project, please complete the TRACTOR Application for Farmers and Producers. Please click the Word or PDF format to download the form. You may send or bring it to the Extension Office or e-mail it to norma_chrisawn@ncsu.edu.

For local families and consumers interested in participating by purchasing produce or other farm products, please complete the Survey Form for Consumers. It is available in either Word of PDF format.

Your response and participation in these surveys is very important to this project and is greatly appreciated.
