Food Preservation Hands-On Workshop
Ever wonder how to preserve all those yummy garden goodies? N.C. Cooperative Extension of Yancey County’s hands-on food preservation workshops will teach you the basics of canning using a water bath canner to preserve high acid foods. We will provide fresh produce, canning jars, and food preservation resources.
