Online Winter School for Ornamental Growers Offered January 26, 2021

N.C. Cooperative Extension of Yancey County is offering a free educational program for new and experienced commercial ornamental growers in Yancey County and surrounding counties. The program will include an update about boxwood blight management, an introduction to Christmas tree production, and a Christmas tree IPM update. Integrated pest management (IPM) is the best way to manage pests in Christmas trees over the long term. Learn what practices are important and how to implement them on your farm.
