Collapse ▲Home and community gardeners in Yancey and surrounding counties are invited to attend a series of free educational programs on the second Saturday of the month from 1–2 p.m. starting April 10, 2021. The first workshop in the Sustainable Gardening series will be Vegetable Gardening 101: Planning for a Summer Garden. Most workshops will be taught by Sara Runkel, Agriculture Agent for N.C.
