NC Farm School takes evaluations at every step along the way so that we can assess the program and measure its performance. The main goals of these evaluations are:

Long Term Program Improvement

  • Measure of the student experience, how did farm school help you or how do you feel? (Qualitative)
  • Measure of economic impact, how did farm school effect your income, did you start a business? (Quantitative)

Short Term Curriculum Improvement

  • Measure of educational effectiveness, did you understand what was presented?

The table below lists the evaluations we take and a timeline for when we administer them. It is important that time is given in class where these evaluations are given and help is offered in taking them if there is technical difficulty accessing the technology.
