Green Goddess Salad
This fresh Green Goddess Broccoli Salad features finely chopped broccoli tossed in a creamy herb dressing for a crisp, flavorful side dish. Packed with vegetables and fresh herbs, it's an easy make-ahead recipe, perfect for picnics, cookouts, lunches, or as a healthy addition to any meal.

Salad Ingredients
- 3 cups green cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cups head lettuce, finely chopped
- 1 cup kale, finely chopped
- 3–4 green onions, sliced
- 1–2 garlic scapes, thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup green onion
- 2 lemons juiced
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- tarragon leaves (optional)
- ½ cup water
Directions
- Place all the salad ingredients into a large salad bowl.
- Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and mix together.
