Mediterranean Garden Orzo Salad

This Mediterranean-inspired orzo salad combines tender pasta with fresh tomatoes, Hakurei turnips, radishes, garlic scapes, and herbs in a light homemade vinaigrette. Served chilled, it's a flavorful side dish that's perfect for summer gatherings, meal prep, or using seasonal garden produce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 2 cups heirloom tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Hakurei turnips, diced small
  • 4 radishes, diced small

Directions
