TUESDAY, MARCH 28TH 5:30 p.m.Is your child interested in learning more about rabbits? Join us on March 28th for an interest meeting for our newest Yancey County 4-H Club all about rabbits!
All youth interested in a rabbit project, regardless of previous experience, are encouraged to attend the interest meeting!
Club members will learn all things rabbit from choosing and caring for one, raising for meat, breed showing, raising for fiber, showmanship and more using a combination of educational materials, games and hands on work. Opportunities to work on individual projects, compete and show will be available. This club will have something for everyone from the beginner interested in their first rabbit to the experienced rabbit owner looking to expand their knowledge. Rabbit ownership is not a requirement to come to this interest meeting.
