Job Description County Extension Administrative Assistant Performs office functions as needed, mail distribution, answering phones, greeting and assisting customers, prepares invoices for submission for payment, tracks all expenditures, reconciles financial documents submitted with the General Ledger provided by the county, prepares bank deposits, submits Pcard documentation as required, acts as technology point of contact, performs website maintenance as needed, assists CED with onboarding new employees, assists with other extension programs when requested, other duties as assigned.
